All parents scheduling a tour with Excelsior must complete the Application below. After successfully completing the application below and being accepted for a trial day with Excelsior, the following electronic forms (available below) must be completed and electronically signed at least 1 day before the trial day or enrollment:
Step 1) Complete School Application Below
Step 2) Complete Financing Application (unless you are paying Tuition in Full or 2 payments)
Step 3) Pre-Admission Waiver
and Agreement with FameWell – Excelsior Academy (download, sign and email to enroll@excelsiorhouston.com)
Step 4) Waivers
